唱阮的生命之歌
「獨夜無伴守燈下，春風對面吹，十七八歲未出嫁，看著少年家...」金曲歌王謝銘祐帶著台下一群白髮蒼蒼的長輩唱著曾經屬於他們那個年代的歌曲，隨著曲調優雅的「望春風」，也許想起遙遠年少初談戀愛的羞澀愛慕之情。
謝銘祐過去在中南部長照中心、療養院、安寧病房，免費唱歌給被照顧者聽，經過許多年下來，已累積一千二百場場次的公益表演。2018年開始，謝銘祐與麵包車樂團欲將這個特別的舞台從有限的室內空間移至廣闊的戶外，從特定的對象開放容納更多值得關心的長輩，發起為偏鄉長輩而唱的「恁的演唱會」形式走入社區、深入偏遠地方，「現今我們享有富裕、快速、自由、民主的生活，絕大多數與這片土地上65歲以上的人有關，但是，當他們老去，這社會給他們的實質回饋，特別是精神上的，實際上十分匱乏。」
2018年初至今，在臺灣各地一共完成了十二場「恁的演唱會」，讓散落在各地的獨居、弱勢的長輩也能在自己家鄉聆聽一首首熟悉、溫暖的歌曲，並喚起曾經美好的回憶，排解心中孤寂，並讓美好有所延續、發酵。
生命之歌正是在「恁的演唱會」的概念中衍伸出的共創行動，透過參與式工作坊的設計，邀請社區劇場老師曾靖雯，分別至菁寮及龍山聚落，引導幾位長輩分享過去的成長背景，由謝銘祐與長輩們共同創作屬於他們的生命之歌，並在謝銘祐的指導下，帶領長輩們於村子內公開登台演唱，透過音樂，讓我們有機會理解這些有酸、有苦、有點甜的生命故事。
Sing the Song of My Life
“Waiting under the light alone, the spring breeze blows; still unmarried at seventeen and eighteen, looking at the young man…” Hsieh Ming-Yu, a winner of the Golden Melody Awards, led a group of grey-haired elders to sing the song of their time. With the elegant melody of Longing for the Spring Breeze, they perhaps are reminded with the bashful and romantic feelings they had when their young selves fell in love.
Hsieh Ming-Yu used to sing voluntarily for patients at long-term care facilities, nursing homes, and hospice wards in Central and Southern Taiwan. Over the years, he has made 1,200 charitable performances. From 2018, Hsieh and the Van Band have moved the stage from the refrained indoor space to the spacious outdoor venues. Their audience thus turns more to those elders that require attention. “Your Concert,” which is dedicated to elders in the remote areas, is held in remote communities. “The prosperous, fast, free, and democratic lives we enjoy now are mainly because of the effort made by people over 65 years old. Yet, after they got older, our society has returned very little back to them, especially in the spiritual way.”
Since the beginning of 2018, they have completed 12 “Your Concert” across Taiwan, embracing isolated and disadvantaged elders around Taiwan to enjoy familiar and nostalgic songs in their own hometowns. These concerts brought out good memories and helped them drive away loneliness, and the warmth brought by this event has continued and spread.
Song of Life is a co-creation activity derived from the concept of “Your Concert.” As an interactive workshop, the event invited Community Theatre Instructor Tseng Jing-Wen to Jingliao and Longshan, where she led a few elders to share their life stories. Afterwards, Hsieh Ming-Yu and the elders worked together to create their own song of life. Under Hsieh’s guidance, these elders sang on stage publicly in the village. Their music provided an opportunity for us to understand their life stories with sorrow, pain, and a bit of sweetness.

謝銘祐はこれまで、中南部の長期介護センターや、療養院、緩和ケア病棟にて無償コンサートを開催し、長年に渡って延べ1,200回ものチャリティ公演を行なってきた。2018年から、この特別なステージを限られた屋内スペースから広い屋外スペースへ移動したいと考えた謝銘祐と麺包車楽団は、対象者を特定の人々から更に多く関心を寄せる年輩者にまで広げ、地方に住む年輩者たちのために歌う「あなたのためのコンサート」を開催。遠隔地のコミュニティにも入っていった。「今、我々は裕福に、早く、自由で、民主的な生活をしているが、そのほとんどはこの地に住む65歳以上の方と関連がある。しかし、彼らが歳をとると、社会からのフィードバック、特に精神上のフィードバックは実際には非常に乏しい」。
生命の歌は、「あなたのためのコンサート」のコンセプトから広がる共創的なアクションで、参加型ワークショップとしてデザイン。地域の演劇講師・曽靖雯を招き、菁寮と龍山集落において年輩者の成長背景を共有する。謝銘祐と年輩者らが共同で彼らの生命の歌を創作し、謝銘祐の指導のもと、年輩者らが集落内で公開コンサートを行なう。音楽を通して、このような酸っぱくて、ほろ苦く、時に甘い生命のストーリーを感じる機会が得られることだろう。
